Thanks to a grant from the Silver City Chapter of Rotary International and from PNM, and with the cooperation of the Silver City Public Library, Literacy Link - Leamos was able to establish people friendly workspaces and computerized learning tools within the Library for enhanced tutoring and study.

The RLC went fully operational in January 2006, with Tutor Training sessions to introduce Tutors with the new computer training aids and other techniques.
